Carl Swanson has been a student of the art of sales for the past 25 years, and has been sharing his passion with other professionals for over 10 years.

Carl Swanson brings a wealth of experience from every level of the sales profession and across a wide variety of industries. His work with large organizations like Comcast, Walmart, and State Farm Insurance, combined with his success supporting smaller businesses—including home improvement contractors, travel agents, health coaches, and direct sales professionals—has given him unique insights into the challenges of sales within any size organization. Carl’s influence has extended across the United States and reached as far as Europe, Canada, and Australia.


This diverse and extensive experience has led Carl to develop a Customer-Centered Sales approach—a method that removes the stress and discomfort from sales interactions by focusing on genuine connection, trust, and value. To bring this proven approach to a broader audience, Carl founded Eco Peak Solutions, LLC. His mission is to help salespeople evolve into true Sales Professionals through individual and group coaching, engaging seminars and workshops, and strategic corporate development programs.


A highly sought-after speaker and the author of the upcoming books “High Altitude Selling” and “Buy Me!”, Carl is on a mission to Change the Paradigm of Sales.
